1jz-gte twin turbo engine swap.. mapped to 340bhp using microtechlt-10 micro
controller, 3inch hi flow exhaust, up-
rated injectors and torson diff to control the power, pulls like a train but can be
hard to find parts when things go wrongJan 14, 2012

My supra is modified with an '87 7m-ge motor and a turbocharger from an 89 supra. The suspension is all aftermarket with the exception of the rear swaybar which is custom built. Brakes are original '82 calipers with slotted rotors from wilwood. All that being said I love this car and plan to contiue building it into the realm of lunacy until it blows up or kills me. The look, feel, and styling of the car are all unique. This car is what it meant to be a cool car in the early 80's, and with the 3.0l swap it can keep pace with most of todays showroom imports. Overall the most amazing thing I've ever owned.Aug 08, 2010

This is a drift ready inline six with dohc and little weight in the rear. off road drifting is a breeze with the lotus designed steering. If you want to charge up a hill doing 120 in 3rd gear with alot of revs left, then this is the car for you!Aug 22, 2009

Reliable 80s sports car that set performance bench marks in its day. It's appearance has dated, and it's prone to head gasket failures due to improperly torqued heads, but this can be fixed simply after acquisition.Jan 02, 2008
