Had a 1980 Gran Prix SJ . Black with black landau top, honey interior, t tops and all power. 301 Pontiac V8. Camshaft was replaced under warranty. Transmission was rebuilt at 72,000 miles. T tops leaked worse than a convertible. . Traded the car for a 1979 Rivera with 3,000 miles.Sep 09, 2023

Ive owned over 35 grand prix's and numerois other g-bodies. I love them. They are easy to work on and accept modifications easily. Ride and handle great. Not to mentipn I love the attention you get from driving an old classic. Aug 11, 2014

the engine rev-ed at high rpms and could stall if not warmed up properly. it was a powerless car. it was roomy and had comfortable seats. alternator failed early.. about 50kmiles. it was well cared for but it would stall alot. v-6 3.8LNov 08, 2009
