Good car. Actually it was called a Concours, but the same drive train and body as a Nova. Except for the rear windows and half vinyl roof. Nice car for 1000 dollars. It had a 305 small block V8 and was easy to work on.Sep 24, 2010

this car is slow and i mean 0-60 in ten or more, breaking not good ether, bad body roll around corners, the auto trans in the car was a slush box which made it even slower then it already was to start with, pretty soft suspensionAug 06, 2010

Performance - acceleration: Not very good with the straight six in it now, but
swap it for that V8 and you have a tire screacher. Braking: Average
performance. Handling: Above Average performance for a car of it's size, has
built in sway bars and performance shocks.
Build Quality - Needs many many repairs and constant work to bring to wanted
appearance and performance, but it is a classic Chevy and is solid as a rock.
Appearance - nothing to really drool at as of now, needs some interior work,
but with some time and a new coat of paint, it's looks will be more than
menacing.
Cost of Ownership - Gas mileage: Poor until converted from carb to fuel
injection-15/22 mpg. Maintenance: More than average, but cheap to repair and
very very simple to work on.
Fun Factor - Sounds deep and muscular and is a beast, light on steering
suprisingly, can corner nicely, but no zip from the current engine.May 26, 2010

My first car, standard blue fordor, auto (3 speed,)
bench, It was what it was, as it were. Very cheap to
maintain, just rusted out eventually.
Lots of understeer, minimal handling. Indestructible
blue-flame 6, but otherwise a fine example of planned
obsolescence.Feb 19, 2010

My chevy is two years older than me!
But I love it. It is comfotable, safe and cheap. I wish to have it for several years.Maintenance is easy.It is my honor. I live in Iran. I teach English. So long!Nov 20, 2009

The Chevy Nova Concours was kind of ugly. But it is a chevy so I like it anyways. It was a solid car with not many problems. Drove well for a big car and pretty fast too. But still a big houpty.Aug 11, 2009

Nothing special yet. Slowly building it into a drag car. New suspension, custom interior, custom exhaust, building a 406ci (6.6 liters) v8 to drop into it. Going to be a sleeper till I am able to do a frame-up restoration.May 15, 2008
