Very unreliable. No power, Bad handling. A car that should just be left in the past. Opt for something different.Oct 19, 2023

I have always loved the raw, un refined sports car look of the tr6. the larger wheels are perfect for the look. it brings back memories when I was younger, and had friends with Austin healeys bugeye sprites and mg's. the handling is second to none.Sep 02, 2013

The car's performance acceleration, braking are adequate. The connection between car, driver and road are exceptional. The handling is excellent for a 70's vintage roadster. It all adds up to incredible fun. And it seems every day someone is giving a thumbs up or stopping to compliment the car's design and style. The TR6 puts a smile on the driver's face and everyone around him.Jul 28, 2013

car is tight, ok for a 6 footer , not much will fit in the boot. parts are still relatively inexpensive and the car is very simple. Most diy'ers can maintain themselves. I own several of them and own my first one for over 25 yearsMay 07, 2012

A little lacking in acceleration and handling and no so realiable due to Lucas electronics which fail all the time and very prone to rust. We had to take the body off and repair the frame and restore the whole car and it's been over 8 years and still isn't done yet. 'someday' it'll ride again.Jun 11, 2008
