Nothing but trouble....first night I brought it home the fan
that stayed on after the engine was turned off ran all night
long and ran the battery dead. The A/C leaked and ruined
the carpets. The car had 7500 miles on it, a rock or
something nicked the open and exposed oil filter, the oil
drained out and the engine fried...fiat refused to fix it--said
it wasn't a factory defect. I paid $1100 to get a rebuilt
engine and 3 years later it did it again, parked it and that
was it....this car ran on lemonade. I was so close to buying
toyota celica liftback---wish i had that car would still be
around today. The fiat? Foolish Idiotic Automotive
Transportation.....no wonder they no longer import their
cars. Of course now acquiring Chrysler, guess we'll be
seeing them once again...YUKKOJun 10, 2009

Twin cam rust bucket. Typical Italian car from the 70's, Great engine and suspension but rust prone body. Also lots of troubles with engine heads, had to change it 3 times. Short circuit on fuel pump too. But I loved it. My first car and it was in ferrari red.Nov 19, 2008
