1974 AMC Javelin Reviews, Pricing & Specs

Was the car of my dreams.. 304 with 3spd on the floor, had some mild head work done and was painted day glow orange with the T stripe on the hood and it really turned heads. After blowing 3 3.54 rears I put a 2.67 in, it was a pig off the line but it came to life over 30 mph, at 80 it was insane, and the best thing is I got 26 mpg on a road trip. Nov 16, 2009

This is one car I really miss. With her stock engine, she could take almost any thing off of the line. She had the body of a woman ( kind of like the old sting ray ). It was arm strong steering and crank down windows but I loved the car all the same and wish I still had her today. The body was in great shape as well as the interior and she could turn heads.Oct 20, 2009
