What a great car! Cheap to maintain. Fun, and easy to maintain. Not to mention that it drives like a dream. "Gunther" has the SST trim package with the 304. What a great pony car; inexpensive, plug and play horsepower! Gotta love it! Feb 22, 2011

It currently has a 360 trying to put in a 401. It needs quarters redone, some
rocker and floor work but other than that she's pretty original and plenty of fun to
drive. It has the cowl hood and flapper set-up so I'm happy.Apr 02, 2010

the amc javelin is not like a normal car.. it has it own unique look! its not like a boxy look aor a rounded look.. its got a mix of both. the amc javeling is a true amarican muscle car. They have very fast and reliable motors and bodies. the car just looks plain mean! Oct 16, 2009

This car was given to me before I even had a license. I loved it, was fast and had a great engine. Guys were impressed by it, the body was similar to a Mustang (or so I pretended it was!). Jul 02, 2008

Very good handling and aerodynamics. Problems with the BW M-12 auto trans. Excellent with a Borg Warner T-10 manual trans. Great engines from 343 to 401 C.I. Front end has some issues but can be modified.Mar 17, 2008
