It's my daily car, for 2 passengers, 5 capable, but backseats aren't the most
comfortable thing in the world.
Was my dad car, 7 years aprox, then i wanted it, and we spent like 5k and 2 years of work afterschool, there says 1600 but is 1800 with big camSep 26, 2011

it started off as a german inport beetle costing £250
had bare metal respray, crashed, rebuilt as a baja, drag raced and offroaded, took body off and fitted long wheelbase invader buggy body ... just waiting to get the MOT then off to Tescos..... :)Jul 18, 2009

I learned to drive with this thing. The engine was a 1600 the same engine used in the beetle in the 1970's . The problem was that it was a very noisy engine and was inside the car . I don't know what hapens with this kind of engine but who drives behind it can feel an unique petrol smell coming from it's exaust system.Feb 01, 2009

Red Volkswagen beetle and i loved it. Solid built never lets you down and not expensive to maintain. No fancy stuff like air conditioning but the basic stuff is there. And The best part is that it did not kost me a arm and a legg. And its a fun car to have.Aug 19, 2008
