I love the look, power, style, stomping newer mustangs, Camaros, and all the other toys out there off the line and thru the quarter or eighth mile track lights...
Yes it cost a few dollars to restore but you don't see them on the street much any more... the ones you see at car shows are trailer d in and trailer d away...
My car will be a weekend driver... not a trailer queen...
upgrading the tranny with a dodge 518 transmission (over drive makes it easier to cruse in) but will throw the rock crusher back in when I want to take it to the strip for a "run what you brung" day...Jan 27, 2015

Its a restored 1972 Plymouth 'Cuda with all original parts with the exception of what is under the hood. Under the hood she has a 1973 5.9 hemi rom a plymouth road runner that has been bored out to a 6.2 446 with straight headers and a Flowmaster system. Pushing 664 BHP and does 0-60 in 4.8 sec.
Need I say anything else? Nov 09, 2010

I had a blast with that car. It used to turn heads everywhere I went and the sound was awesome too. Back then it was my everyday car so I would be fixing something every week. Now I have a '70 'Cuda that is even better then the first one. But the black 'Cuda was a fun toy. It had a small block 318 that had some work done to it. A full manual valve body automatic transmission and 391 gears. It had a big cam so the sound was very loopy. Sometimes I used to drive around with the hood off to show off the motor. But I had alot of fun with that car and I'm glad to have had the chance to own that car.Feb 19, 2010

I got it as a project car when i was 16. Haven't made any real progress on it in the past 4 years. Still need the quarters put on, the complete interior, fuel and brake lines, brakes, etc. The engine was rebuilt before i got it but since it's been sitting for soo long it could probably use a teardown and maybe run a hone through it at the least.Dec 01, 2009

It is one of the best muscle cars around. The four speed makes these cars that much better it also helps to have a big block 440 under the hood. Bottom line Cudas are the king of muscle cars. Nice fun car.Sep 16, 2009

This is a muscle car classic. One that any car nut would love to have. I made mine a beast. Big block (440) with 365 dynoed horsepower and brutal 615 nm torque. Body lines are something awesome and you will get thumbs up anywhere. Is loved it. With present gas rates it´s not cheap to have, but still... Fun car to drive and play around, but you have to know how to handle such a demon. Mar 11, 2009

I owned a 1972 'cuda340. The 340 cubic inch engine was the largest of the small block engines offered (the 360 was not a factory plant in this car) before getting into the massive big blocks (383 Magnum, 426 Hemi, or the 440). Mopars were usually a little heavier than Fords or GM's, but their horsepower often made up for it. Very classic and aggressive look with a wide variety of fun options to be had. I'd kill to have this car back! Then again, I'd kill for a burrito and a soda....Apr 21, 2008
