Beautifully restored numbers matched 427cid/4 speed roadster. Runs great and is a very fun car to drive. Restoration began in 2010 and completed in the spring of 2014, a frame off, rotisserie restoration, every inch of the car was refurbished or replaced, a show winner for sure.Mar 18, 2015

To HOT to drive in Hot Florida Summer! Great for conversations. Everyone loves the looks and sounds of this car. I can not stop to get gas without someone asking me about it. Many times at Stop lights people will ask me about it!Aug 06, 2013

I really enjoy driving this car since I have had the seats totally rebuilt & recovered. It is quite peppy with a rebuilt 350 and handles great since the entire suspension has been re-done. It always generates interest when I take it to a cruise-in or just to the grocery store!Jul 21, 2013

The Corvette is a classic icon. It attracts attention wherever it goes. This one is a small block which helps it handle pretty good due to less weight over the front wheels compared to the big block cars.
It is fun to drive and has plenty of power to spare!Apr 12, 2013

Im just telling people what I have done to my car to modernize it a bit, make it better, and be different from other similar 1969 Corvettes. A 1969 Corvette clean and polished looks great anywhere. How I personalized my car is equipping it with dual 500 cfm quads, Edelbrock heads, carburetors, a built custom cam, Hooker headers, American Racing 200S rims on Hankook tires. Updated the leather interior, dropped in new 5 speed transmission, new brakes, new rear suspension and all gone through. This car is fun to drive, and is fast.
I enjoy taking it to car shows. At times I trophy. I have my grandson help clean the car. Im sorry if this sounds like an add to sell the car, but it is not.
I was driving to breakfast one morning and a brand new Corvette pulled up and indicated they wanted to race. Three out of three times left it in the rear view mirror. Driver got upset and turned off and left. 445 HP helps! Must of been a careful novice driver. A good driver should of made it a close race. I love my old Corvette. Takes a licking, keeps ticking.
In 2016 I got rid of the dual quad system and put on a EFI dual throttle body system and fuel command center. It starts up quickly now, has faster low end response thanks in part to welding on a H-pipe in the exhaust system, and the acceleration is much quicker, and smoother. I added some new pictures on the throttle body set-up. Enjoy the pictures, I enjoy the car.
Thanks for all the positive comments.Mar 14, 2013

This is a very powerful automobile with very low miles. I am talking driving around the neighborhood. I would say most likely 75 miles are on this car but in all fairness I am listing it at 150 miles. As far as maintenance costs, I had this car rebuilt frome the frame up. Total costs for me were in the $ 23,000.00 range with ALL paperwork to prove it. I love the look of this car as it is sleek and classy in appearance. Very proud to show off in it. Being a 500 hp. car, I could not race it like it was made to do. It was originally my Sons project back in the late 1990s but he was killed in a head on collision. After that I decided to take it on and finish the car to the specfications my Son wanted. I feel I did an awsome job.Oct 21, 2012

These old vette's will smack you back in the seat and spin the meats right thru third gear if you hole shot them, & there's nothing like cubic inches & high compression to make you smile, the Muncie 4spd. Rock-Crusher trans will jolt your teeth in every gear, these were more of a straight line car but it does handle suprisingly well in the corners as long as you keep your foot in it, give it too much & it will swap ends on you in the blink of an eye so it's not a car that you want to let get out in front of you. If you get too complacent, you'll be buying body parts. but it a gas to drive.Dec 22, 2011

This is what I want. I love the look of the body mainly the stingray style body. Yes this would be AWSOME to drive if I had it... I would like all leather; would be REALY kool if I found someone who owned one and would let me test drive it but that would never happen mainly because I don't know anyone who owns one.Aug 24, 2010

You can't beat the look of the american muscle cars. and who doesn't like the concept of a big ass engine for lots and lots of speed? you always long for some better suspension when driving these cars, but who cares, they look awesomeApr 26, 2010

my childhood dream car-finally got it-completely original- needs a new paint job, but it still turns heads everywhere I take it. It is truly cash in the carport- rally sport pak with removable hard top convertible-soft top built in. What else can I say? She's bad to the bone!!!Nov 30, 2009

Sweet ass ride. This was my father's car that he sold before I was old enough to drive. It was around 1980 I believe. He passed away in 2002 and I went on a mission to find it. Six years later in 2008 , I found it in NJ and bought it. She is back in the family and will one day belong to my son. Fast, four speed , side pipes, hard and soft tops. Check her out in the Ashland/ Hanover Olde Time Holiday Parade on 11/22/2009 at 2:30 pm. She sounds bad and is QUITE the head turner..Oct 17, 2009

I love this car because its a coupe. It's fast and can get you were you want to go fast. It's 350 cubic inches makes sure that they are all there. It's Muncie M-20 transmission makes sure that the power gets to the pavement. Handles good but need to change the front brake seals because they leak from not using the car a lot. All around fun car. The only US sportscar, very good looking. The appearance is very eye catching. The V8 has - as always - a very good sound and a nice performance. This car is build of glass fibre and could last another 40 years. It's a real classic. Get one while they are still around.Oct 14, 2008

Gettin' restored in Cleveland right now by corvette conspiracy. The owner might be my cousin and knows vettes arguably better than anyone in the nation. He loves building 1000+ hp vettes. But a '69 Big Block 427 vette, matching numbers, factory A/C, power windows. Marlboro Red. Can't go wrong with thatMar 31, 2008

1969 Corvette Coupe rides like a dream. I have an all stock, all origional 39 year old Corvette and everything is top notch. Rides surprisingly smooth, but don't get me wrong, it's not a sluggish old Caddy. This car is very loud, and accelerates like nothing i've ever felt. I'd reccomend one to any person seriously thinking about buying one, they are not only a blast all around but a huge, profitable investment.Jan 28, 2008
