1964 chevy II nova. stock 283 cubic inch motor, the first small block made to create one horsepower per cubic inch, is now sitting in my garage as my car waits for ind 383 cubic inch stroker motor. i built the 383 myself with keith black forged pistons, forged eagle rods and eagle 400 crank. i am also ready to install a set of world corporation cast iron heads that have 2.05 intake valves and 1.60 exhaust valves. for the remiander of the valvetrain i went with a comp cams .454 overall long duration lift cam to really get that stoplight lope. as for the intake sytem i has a holley heigh flow fuel pump feading a 650 cfm edelbrock with a manuel choke funneling the gas down the edelbrock high rise rpm intake. i have plans for the body but what good is a cool looking car if it doesn't go fast so i'm getting the important things taken care of first.Feb 06, 2008
