Very nice presentation, but the price was too high, and they gave me a low offer for my trade-in.

Didn’t seem interested in selling me the car. The contact was slow to get back to me and seemed unorganized.

Submitted three contact forms and received no response. Called three separate branches and nobody answered, the phone just went dead or disconnected. Had to go on their Facebook page to ask if someone could call me. Three days later, someone finally did. That person confirmed that ALL THREE vehicles I was considering were accident vehicles.

Car was sold before I went and was not notified by the dealership. Very frustrating to drive for over an hour and be told that the car had been sold the day before even though I verified that the car was there before leaving home.

Anthony was polite, informative and helpful.

The customer is poor: one person uses AI to reply and the other is inconsistent with her answers and delays in replying. Both representative were inconsistent, made me repeat my initial written email to the dealer so I realize they did not communicate internally. When asking information on status of some car hardware, it could them 4 days to answer that they still don't have the answer, so I told them all of this did not build a good business relationship based on trust. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
