Excellent staff communications and follow up

The Vehicle Inspection I received certified this car as safe and road worthy did not match the condition of the car when it arrived to me in Toronto. The entire braking system including cylinders were corroded and busted, the transmission was not shifting smoothly, there was no coolant or brake fluid! Front right ball joint busted! The rotors/drums were completely shot! I have pictures and report from Ontario garage to support fully. It cost 2400 to repair the car to make it safe and to enable registration in Ontario. The dealership also deducted taxes that I had to pay again in ontario and now require a refund because it was paid twice. I was told the accountant would contact the Ministry in Ontario to help me get my 800 + dollars back! I shared the pictures, report from Ontario garage and the invoice for repair to the dealership and I have not heard from them.

Very nice presentation, but the price was too high, and they gave me a low offer for my trade-in.

Contacted me promptly and answered my questions. Presently awaiting an answer to another question.

The guy was a typical salesman. "Every thing is perfect. Don't worry. " But since I like to be diligent, and asked alot of questions and to see the inspection reports and the car came with a warranty, he got really pushy, and threatening like "I don't want to sell you the car if you don't just trust me". Who trusts a sales guy the first time the meet them? Eeee! The car seemed good though so I dealt with the lady for the rest of my questions and we did the financing together. She was awesome but she's not a sales gal. If it wasn't for her, I would have just left. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he talked to me.

They did not respond to my inquiry. The vehicle sold the next day but they could have had the courtesy to respond and tell me.
