Excellent staff communications and follow up

Clear and concise communication, buying a car was fast and easy.

Very nice presentation, but the price was too high, and they gave me a low offer for my trade-in.

Fiat was very nice.

Wonderful experience and professional

Yvan was very professional and friendly. I had applied for financing at a dealership in Ottawa prior to finding this Mercedes so advised Yvan that I would update him asap as still interested. I believe the car was sold this weekend unfortunately. Appreciate Yvan’s help.

Very good service. Polite and knowledgable. 100% referral to everyone.

Fantastic communication snd quick response. Look forward to buying my Volvo from them!

The guy was a typical salesman. "Every thing is perfect. Don't worry. " But since I like to be diligent, and asked alot of questions and to see the inspection reports and the car came with a warranty, he got really pushy, and threatening like "I don't want to sell you the car if you don't just trust me". Who trusts a sales guy the first time the meet them? Eeee! The car seemed good though so I dealt with the lady for the rest of my questions and we did the financing together. She was awesome but she's not a sales gal. If it wasn't for her, I would have just left. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he talked to me.

They did not respond to my inquiry. The vehicle sold the next day but they could have had the courtesy to respond and tell me.
