A great car that was once the fastest production diesel car, it has a stonking 3 litre chain driven bullet proof engine, with a whacking great turbo! Its also sooo smooth to drive and very good on fuel for a big car.

It's a beautiful car that rides smoothly. Has lots of room and I have clearance under the sunroof, a novelty for me. Plus we get around 28 mpg. And it is still running well for a car with 197k miles.

A little on the anemic side but a super solid, quiet car that handles well when pushed. Typical MB "over" engineering, you either have to be able to afford to have them serviced or be a tinkerer yourself. Overall, a fantastic ride that virtually glides down the road. Many times, I go the long way just to be able to enjoy the car for a little longer.
