1980 VW Rabbit (manual Transmission) Has NO Power!!!

this does have manual transmission, goes in & out of gear fine, but no acceleration. Barely enough to go 5 mpg. WHAT IS UP??? Someone, please help...is it the clutch, or is the tranny toast?

82 VW Pickup Starts, Runs For About 10 Seconds, Can't Start Again For 15-20...

after start, runs about ten seconds then have to wait about 15-20 mintues before it will start again, for about 10 seconds. Gas injected engine. Been setting about 2 years.

Fuel Pump Isn't Running

I also don't hear the familar sound at the fuel pump (gas shut off ?) when I first try to start engine. If I jump terminals 30 and 87 pump will run. Help !
