Oil coming out of what appears to be a threaded hole in the front of the engine. Should there be a bolt in this hole?? Located right near where the radiator hose is.

What motor can I put in my 1978 cutlass without changing the motor mounts or transmission???
Cold Start
Starts good but runs rough when you first start it whether the weather is warm or cold. When it warms up it runs better but not perfect. I just give it a complete tune-up did not help . Art
