Seemingly Random Electrical Issues Connected?

I have no AC blower, no turn signals, no cruise control, and now my blinkers are malfunctioning (not blinking just staying on if they come on at all).

Loud Idle, Not Rough.... Loud Engine

doesnt idle rough, but the engine seems loud when idling and driving. Wondering if its engine related or muffler/exhuast? Doesn't seem to be exhaust..... sounds like its just a loud running engine.
