There is an air valve, just like what the tires have, sticking out from under the back bumper. I checked the owners manual and the net but didn't find anything. What is it for?

sometimes the car turns over and don't start right up. Turn the key off for a few seconds and try again then it will start. I run reg. gas.I keep the tank full and don't let it get too low.
