What should I look for when buying a used Toyota Sienna?

Key things to evaluate:

• Fuel efficiency: According to Natural Resources Canada, an AWD Sienna should consume 6.8 litres per 100 kilometres combined. Testing day was extremely hot and humid, putting the van’s available four-zone automatic climate control system into overdrive. That undoubtedly contributed to a result of 7.6 L/100 km on our fuel-efficiency driving loop and 8.8 L/100 km on the mountainous evaluation route.

Which Toyota Sienna trim should I buy?

The 2026 Toyota Sienna offers these trims:

• LE: The entry trim includes the hybrid powertrain and the core family-hauling basics, making it the value-focused starting point.
• XLE: This trim adds the 12.3-inch touchscreen and 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, giving you a more upscale tech setup.
• XSE: This trim adds a sportier look and can be paired with the available XSE Technology Package; it also offers e-AWD in Canada.

What Toyota Sienna do most buyers choose?

The Toyota Sienna years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2026.

Higher-volume model years tend to be the easiest to shop because you usually get more choice in trims, colours, and equipment. They also tend to attract more listings from sellers, which can make it easier to compare prices and find a good deal.
