New Mazda CX-50 for Sale near Callander, ON
We rate the Mazda CX-50 as one of the best compact SUVs, and for 2025 it gets even better with an efficient hybrid powertrain.
The 2025 Mazda CX-50 is one of two compact SUVs in the automaker's portfolio, sitting below the bigger Mazda CX-90 and Mazda CX-70 and above the CX-30 subcompact crossover in the automaker’s lineup. It joined the existing Mazda CX-5 in 2023 rather than replacing it, which was an odd decision considering their similarities. Nevertheless, just like the Mazda3 sedan and hatchback and the MX-5 sports car, they're the fun yet refined choice in the class. The 2025 Mazda CX-50's new hybrid powertrain adds fuel efficiency to the mix, giving it an edge over its CX-5 sibling.
Verdict: The 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid brings a potent yet efficient powertrain to an already sporty SUV. Combined with attractive styling and a near-luxury interior, it would be hard to beat if it weren't for its limited passenger and cargo spa

The Mazda CX-50 has garnered positive feedback from owners across its model years, praised for its stylish design, high-quality interior, and impressive performance, particularly with the turbo engine. Many appreciate the spacious cargo area and the modern infotainment system. However, some drivers mentioned a stiff ride and firm seats as drawbacks, along with a less powerful non-turbo engine that leaves room for improvement in the driving experience.

Great solid suv. Coming from a CX5 it feels like it is more nimble and responsive although not a dramatic change in the engine. Fit and Finish is excellent.
Fantastic, modern, fun to drive. Don’t really like the information screen in your face, I prefere the Subaru screen. Having said that, we own a Subaru outback 3.6 r. The Subaru is more comfortable for long journeys, the Cx50 is more sporty and firmer ride! This I think will be our next car.
Love the look of 2024 Mazda cx 50. I had a 2013 Chrysler 200 so I got all the tech and safety features I have been missing in a newer vehicle with a premium look.
I have no complaints. Such a great looking compact SUV. I think the simplicity of the inside makes it appealing with a modern luxurious feel. Less things that could possibly break. Mazdas are also great to drive with no CVT! Plus, less crazy tech which is a negative for some people but for me, it’s a plus. Again, less things to go wrong but also I love driving and am there to drive my car and not for the car to drive me. Lots of safety features come standard on all trims so it’s not like you’re compromising on that but don’t depend on it to help with your driving. They’re good tools to help you but will not make you a better driver if you still don’t check your surroundings and rely on tech to check your blindspots for you.
Overall style, look, panoramic moon roof, smooth ride
