What Hyundai Tucson Hybrid do most buyers choose?

The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2026.

Higher-volume model years usually give you more choice in trims, colours, and pricing, which makes them easier to shop. They also tend to be the years most sellers and buyers are focused on, so you can compare more listings before deciding.

What is the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid's resale value?

Prices are down across every model year shown, which is good news if you're shopping used. Should I buy a used Hyundai Tucson Hybrid now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −7.32% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −13.61%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 24.5% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 27.4%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2025 model has the most listings at a current average price of $42,389 CAD. The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid offers a smooth, quiet ride and a cabin that feels open and airy.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: The Tucson Hybrid comes with a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, 226 combined horsepower, and 258 lb-ft of torque.
• Tech: The smaller 8-inch screen in lower grades offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in addition to standard Bluetooth.
• Safety: Move up to the Ultimate to also get a surround-view monitor, highway-driving assist, blind-spot view monitor, and remote smart park assist.
• Starting price: The entry-level Tucson Hybrid, the Luxury grade, is a compelling option in the compact crossover segment, but at $39,099 CAD, it's also pretty expensive.

If you're buying used today, the 2025 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
