Customer summary
Overall, drivers of the Nissan LEAF across all model years appreciate its affordability, smooth driving experience, and comfort, especially for city commuting. Many praise its low maintenance costs and decent interior space, making it a practical choice for local driving. The leaf is loaded with the features that matter, it is fun to drive and handles well , and will efficiently get me from point a to point b. It handles well on snow and ice, low center of gravity, the heated seats and steering wheel are perfect for Colorado winters and mountain driving.

I love this Leaf with a 212-mile range as an around-town car. With a CHAdeMO fast charger, that is being phased out, it is difficult to do a long road trip. However, I do not need to do long trips, so it works for me.

Reviewed a 2019 Nissan SV Plus FWD on Apr 29, 2025
I've only had the car a couple of days, but I'm pretty happy with the purchase over all. I wish I had a few more amenities that came with the SL like: heated seats, 360° cameras, but I can do without it. The ePedal, ECO mode, charger timer and seamless use of free charging where I work are amazing! I do have to take the car to the dealer to correct the sound of the reverse alert, but overall very excited and happy with my choice.
