Didn't seem to be any issues was very quick to reply to me however no negotiations were had so I moved on too bad might have been a sale.

The sales guy Jeff was great. I arranged a test drive and was surprised when I showed up to see the washed car, setting aside waiting for me. He got back to me with the answers to my questions the same day. No deal on this one but the experience was first rate.

Went to find car twice, was always missing. told it was went to auction because of problems, then received an email saying it was sold. strange!

First time buying a vehicle online,quick response from Clutch and the whole process went pretty smooth.The downside to buying online is that you don't get the dealer going through all the functions of the vehicle so you're pretty well on your own to get familiar with everything.All in all I am satisfied

I would highly recommend this dealer. Nicki and Judy-Anne made it painless and were extremely accommodating. I had to travel 5 hours to see the car so they came in on their time off to be sure I got the best service and I certainly did.

They responded fast..But the van was very dirty looking..the pictures turned me off ..In the future clean car before posting it..

Car is scratched all over, deep scratches not “buff and paint pen” scratches like they try to tell you. Won’t negotiate on price, car has a slight smell of smoke. Poor experience and salesmanship.

The employees at the Lower Sackville location were very courteous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in these difficult times of the Covid-19 pandemic. We will heartily recommend them to all our friends.

Dealer was okay. Had to make $2000 deposit to allow test drive, but car is high end so I see their point-just surprised.

Would have rated less than 1 star if possible. While discussing vehicle via Email, the original Ad I viewed and was discussing with dealer was changed to a much higher odometer reading, picture of dash with yellow light on that sales person was to find out what it was was deleted and the sale price also went up significantly. Explanation given did not make sense.
