This truck was in pristine condition, exactly what I was after in a vehicle. I passed on it because the asking price was pretty much what it was worth new in 2015. I have a hard time paying that kind of money for a 11 year old truck.

Besides the bells and whistles we grabbed this dually because we pull a toy hauler. We went from a sturdy 2500 Dodge Ram to this beauty. We choose the dually 3500 due to the pulling capacity and payload as toy haulers are heavier in front to compensate for the weight that you can put in the back. We have no issues pulling it now and the truck does not squat because the support of the 4 tires. Other friends have regular 3500 and still have issues with the payload and had to put in more money into their vehicle to beef up the suspension when pulling a toy hauler because the payload is less. YOU WONT REGRET BUYING ONE!

Why it stands out
The 2024 GMC Sierra 3500HD stands out as a heavy-duty pickup that blends serious work capability with a more polished feel than a bare-bones truck. It is offered in a wide range of cab, bed, and rear-axle configurations, and its available trims run from the utilitarian base model to the luxury-focused Denali Ultimate. That breadth makes it appealing to buyers who need a truck that can be configured for hard labour, long-distance towing, or a more upscale daily driving experience.
Its strongest calling card is capability. With the diesel engine, a single cab body, rear-wheel drive, a gooseneck hitch, and dual rear wheels, the Sierra 3500HD can haul as much as 3,375 kilograms and tow up to 16,100 kilograms. The 2024 model also benefits from a styling refresh that updated the front fascia and headlights, plus a power bump for the turbodiesel to 470 hp and 975 lb-ft of torque. Technology improved too, with a larger 13.4-inch infotainment touchscreen and a digital instrument panel added to the SLE trim and above, along with enhanced trailering features such as adaptive cruise control, a weight limit monitor, and a transparent trailer camera view.
The 2024 GMC Sierra 3500HD is not without compromises, though. It is described as unwieldy in parking lots, and top trims can be prohibitively expensive. Even so, its combination of towing strength, available luxury, and smart towing technology gives it a distinctive place among heavy-duty pickups, especially for buyers who want a truck that can work hard without feeling entirely spartan.
