Customer summary
Overall, owners of the Ford Transit Passenger appreciate its spaciousness, comfort, and performance, especially with the turbocharged engine. Many find it ideal for large families and long trips due to its passenger capacity and features like dual air conditioning and rear cameras. The diesel option is also favored for better fuel economy. However, some drivers wish for more compact options, and there are mentions of noise levels and ride quality, especially at highway speeds. Connectivity features and practicality have received positive feedback, but a few noted the absence of armrests or additional technology upgrades in certain models.

A couple of model years are moving higher, which shows that some versions are still attracting steady demand. Overall, the pattern points to broad price softening rather than uniform strength across the lineup.
The 2016, 2021, and 2015 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
Should I buy a used Ford Transit Passenger now or wait for the next model?
Buy now if:
- Price trend: The 2025 model is at −6.16% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −12.35%.
- Deal availability: The 2025 model has 33% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 31.3%.
- Sweet-spot year: The 2024 model has the most listings at a current average price of $65,448 CAD.
If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the newest version, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.

Customers say
Overall, owners of the Ford Transit Passenger appreciate its spaciousness, comfort, and performance, especially with the turbocharged engine. Many find it ideal for large families and long trips due to its passenger capacity and features like dual air conditioning and rear cameras. The diesel option is also favored for better fuel economy. However, some drivers wish for more compact options, and there are mentions of noise levels and ride quality, especially at highway speeds. Connectivity features and practicality have received positive feedback, but a few noted the absence of armrests or additional technology upgrades in certain models.

The car was advertised as having a minor accident however when I looked at it in person it was anything but minor. It was involved in a side swipe and I could tell on the drivers rear side panel. Looks like they bondo-d it. The van side windows above the panel were not even and rust starting to form. The factory rivets were still in on the back door hinge which makes me think they bondo-d it. Also aftermarket leaf spring on the drivers rear tire was installed. The bondo job was not great as it was cracked all the way down the seam running the full length of the side panel. I ran a carfax report on it and that report showed minor which is false advertising in my opinion. I want others to know before purchasing this vehicle because at this price it is not worth it.
