New & Used 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid for Sale near Petrolia, ON

Is the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid a good car?

The 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid stands out as a roomy, well-equipped three-row SUV that leans into practicality without giving up hybrid efficiency. In Canada, it also comes with HTRAC all-wheel drive as standard, which adds to its appeal if you want a family SUV with all-weather confidence.

Equipment is a major part of the Santa Fe Hybrid’s appeal. The Preferred trim includes 18-inch alloy wheels, a hands-free power liftgate, synthetic leather upholstery, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a curved display with a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen and digital instrument panel, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Fuel economy is another strength, with ratings of 6.8 litres per 100 kilometres in the city, 6.9 on the highway, and 6.9 combined.

There are trade-offs, though. The styling is polarising, and the Santa Fe Hybrid is not especially quick. Even so, its combination of standard features, comfort, and efficiency makes it a strong choice if you value space and equipment over excitement. 26.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a reasonable amount of market support if you are shopping carefully.

Is the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid reliable?

The 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid is presented as a practical three-row SUV that prioritises comfort, efficiency, and everyday usability. It comes with a broad set of standard equipment and standard all-wheel drive in Canada, which supports its appeal as a family-focused vehicle.

Its strengths are straightforward: a roomy cabin, a standard third row, strong equipment content, and hybrid fuel economy that helps keep running costs in check. The trade-offs are also clear from the overview: it is not especially quick, and it is described as composed rather than engaging to drive.

For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is more about whether you are comfortable with its driving character and packaging than about chasing performance or a sportier feel.
