New & Used 2026 Honda Passport for Sale nearWallaceburg, ON

How much does the 2026 Honda Passport cost?

Prices have softened 6.09% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 80 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2026 Honda Passport a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Honda Passport earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

It is a redesigned two-row SUV that puts a strong emphasis on cargo space, user-friendly tech, and everyday usability. Honda positions it as a more aspirational lifestyle SUV, and the expert notes back that up with praise for its spacious interior and easy-to-use technology.

The main trade-offs are its poor fuel economy and high price, and it still lacks key off-road features. That means you should see it as a comfortable, capable family adventure SUV rather than a hardcore trail rig.

With 25.0% of listings priced as good or great deals, there is some room to find value if you shop carefully.

Is the 2026 Honda Passport reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Honda describes the Passport as a thoroughly redesigned model year, with nearly everything new from the exterior and interior to the engine and trunk. The expert notes also point to a well-rounded package with strong usability, a spacious cabin, and a powertrain that delivers solid performance.

The V6 powertrain is described as smooth and strong, and the transmission is said to operate unobtrusively. Honda also highlights that the Passport includes a cleaner engine than before, even if fuel economy does not improve much.

If you buy used, the main long-term ownership risk is that its higher running costs and limited efficiency may matter more over time than its durability strengths.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Honda Passport?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Passport is sold in four trim levels: TrailSport, TrailSport Blackout, TrailSport Touring, and TrailSport Touring Blackout. The Touring trims are described as having better leather materials, while the cloth and vegan interiors in the TrailSport model are noted as more visually appealing. Standard roof rails and 18-inch wheels are included, and the available rock sliders and scratch- and scuff-resistant rear-quarter panel add useful rugged touches.
• Powertrain: You get a naturally aspirated 3.5-litre V6 with 285 hp and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Honda’s i-VTM4 all-wheel drive system is standard, along with seven drive modes. The Passport is tuned for stronger off-road capability than before, but it still does not have locking differentials or low-range 4WD.
• Safety package: Honda Safety Sense is standard, and it includes automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assist, traffic-sign recognition, and low-speed braking control. Eight airbags are also standard.
• Infotainment: A 12.3-inch touchscreen is standard, along with Google Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, four USB-C charging ports, and a 10.2-inch fully digital driver information display. Touring trims add a 12-speaker Bose stereo and the TrailWatch camera system.
• Fuel efficiency: The Passport should return 12.6 L/100 km in city driving, 9.9 L/100 km on the highway, and 11.4 L/100 km combined.

Which 2026 Honda Passport trim should I buy?

The 2026 Honda Passport is offered in 4 trim levels: TrailSport, TrailSport Blackout, TrailSport Touring, and TrailSport Touring Blackout.

Here's the short version:

• TrailSport: This is the trim to start with if you want the core Passport experience. It gives you the redesigned SUV’s standard AWD, V6 power, 12.3-inch touchscreen, Google Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the full Honda Safety Sense suite without moving up the range.
• TrailSport Blackout: Choose this if you want the same equipment with a darker appearance treatment. It is best for shoppers who care more about style than extra hardware.
• TrailSport Touring: This is the best-value trim if you want the most useful upgrades. It adds a 12-speaker Bose stereo and the TrailWatch camera system, which should appeal if you plan to use the Passport for trail driving or want more convenience tech.
• TrailSport Touring Blackout: Pick this only if you want the Touring equipment plus the blackout look and are comfortable paying for the top trim.

Honda Safety Sense is standard across the range, so you do not need to move up a trim just to get the core driver-assistance package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Honda Passport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 25.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 80 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.09% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,603 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2026 Honda Passport's resale value?

The current average of $60,603 CAD sits slightly below last year's $64,531 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Passport has already moved into a more buyer-friendly part of its market cycle. If you are planning to sell later, the current trend means you may need to price competitively to stand out.

The good news is that the model’s strong utility, redesigned appeal, and broad usability should help it remain attractive to shoppers who want a spacious two-row SUV. If demand stays steady, that should support resale values better than a less distinctive alternative.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2026 Honda Passport safe?

The 2026 Honda Passport comes with Honda Safety Sense, which includes automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assist, traffic-sign recognition, and low-speed braking control.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

That standard safety package is broad, and Honda also includes eight airbags. The expert notes do not cite crash-test results for this model year yet, so you should focus on the standard equipment and the fact that the previous generation had weaker crash-test outcomes.

Should I buy a 2026 Honda Passport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 25.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.09% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It is the redesigned model year, with a much newer exterior, interior, engine, and trunk, plus stronger cargo space and user-friendly tech.

The bottom line: If you want the newest Passport with the most up-to-date design and features, the 2026 is the one to target. If your priority is lower purchase price, a nearby older model year may be the better path, especially if you can live with less modern tech and a less ambitious redesign.
