New & Used 2026 Honda Passport for Sale near East Leicester, NS

How much does the 2026 Honda Passport cost?

Prices have softened 4.39% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 90 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2026 Honda Passport a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Honda Passport earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

It is aimed at you if you want an aspirational lifestyle SUV that blends family-friendly practicality with a more adventurous image. The Passport stands out for its spacious interior and cargo capacity, plus user-friendly technology that should make day-to-day use straightforward.

The trade-offs are clear: it carries a high price, and it still lacks key off-road features such as a locking differential and low-range 4WD. It also isn’t built for hardcore off-roading.

With 30% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 Honda Passport reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2026 Passport is positioned as a thoroughly redesigned SUV, and Honda says nearly everything is new for this model year. That kind of redesign can be appealing if you want the latest version of the Passport’s packaging, cabin, and powertrain.

Honda’s own testing notes point to a durable, everyday-friendly setup, with a naturally aspirated V6 and a 10-speed automatic transmission. The powertrain is described as smooth and unobtrusive, and the cabin is well insulated from engine and wind noise.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that this first-year redesign may take time to prove itself fully in real-world use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Honda Passport?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Passport is sold in four trim levels: TrailSport, TrailSport Blackout, TrailSport Touring, and TrailSport Touring Blackout. The Touring trims add better leather materials, while the TrailSport model’s cloth and vegan interior is described as more visually appealing. Standard roof rails, 18-inch wheels, and a thin hood scoop appear across the range.
• Powertrain: You get a naturally aspirated 3.5-litre V6 with 285 hp and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Honda’s i-VTM4 all-wheel drive system is standard, along with seven drive modes. Fuel economy is not a strength, and the Passport is described as less efficient than many rivals.
• Safety package: Honda Safety Sense is standard, with automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assist, traffic-sign recognition, and low-speed braking control. Eight airbags are also standard.
• Infotainment: A 12.3-inch touchscreen is standard, along with Google Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, four USB-C charging ports, and a 10.2-inch fully digital driver information display. Touring trims add a 12-speaker Bose stereo and the TrailWatch camera system.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada estimates 12.6 L/100 km in city driving, 9.9 L/100 km on the highway, and 11.4 L/100 km combined.

Which 2026 Honda Passport trim should I buy?

The 2026 Honda Passport is offered in 4 trim levels: TrailSport, TrailSport Blackout, TrailSport Touring, and TrailSport Touring Blackout.

Here's the short version:

• TrailSport: This is the best-value choice if you want the Passport’s core strengths without stretching too far up the range. You still get the standard V6, AWD, drive modes, Google Built-in, wireless phone projection, and the full Honda Safety Sense suite.
• TrailSport Blackout: Choose this if you want the same equipment as TrailSport with a darker appearance treatment.
• TrailSport Touring: This is the trim to target if you want the most useful upgrades, including the 12-speaker Bose stereo and TrailWatch camera system. It is the best fit if you value convenience and trail visibility.
• TrailSport Touring Blackout: Pick this if you want the Touring equipment plus the blackout appearance treatment.

Honda Safety Sense is standard across the range, so you do not need to move up a trim for the core driver-assistance package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Honda Passport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some confidence if you are patient.

• Deal availability: 30% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 90 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.39% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $59,591 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2026 Honda Passport's resale value?

The current average of $59,591 CAD sits slightly below last year's $62,329 CAD.

That softer pricing can work in your favour if you are buying now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if prices continue to ease. The Passport’s strong practicality and broad appeal should help support demand, especially among shoppers who want a roomy two-row SUV with a more adventurous image.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2026 Honda Passport safe?

The previous-generation Passport suffered from less-than-stellar crash test results and was not named a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), and it managed only four out of five stars in the front-impact and rollover tests performed by the National highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda Safety Sense is standard on every Passport, and it includes automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assist, traffic-sign recognition, and low-speed braking control. Eight standard airbags are also included.

Because the 2026 model is a redesign, you should keep an eye on future crash-test results as they become available.

Should I buy a 2026 Honda Passport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 30% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It is a redesigned two-row SUV with more adventurous capability and user-friendly tech.

Consider the 2027 if:

• TrailSport trims gain upgraded suspension and extra ground clearance.

The bottom line: If you want the newest redesign and a softer used-market price, the 2026 makes sense. If you are price-sensitive and want to compare against a newer update with more rugged TrailSport hardware, the 2027 is worth a look.
