Used 2025 Toyota Camry for Sale nearSurrey, BC

How much does the 2025 Toyota Camry cost?

Prices have softened 13.54% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 251 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Toyota Camry earns a 4.9/5 user rating and an 8.00/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Cost effectiveness and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, exceptional fuel economy, and spacious interior. They also value its strong overall value compared with rising used-car prices.

On the expert side, the Camry’s strengths are its fuel efficiency, competitive pricing, and standard all-wheel drive across the lineup. The main trade-offs are a noisy engine and a finicky voice assistant.

For you, that means this is a smart fit if you want a practical midsize sedan that leans heavily on efficiency, value, and everyday comfort rather than excitement. It also has 34.7% good or great deals in the market, which is a healthy availability signal.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.9/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners describe it as dependable, with a reputation that supports confidence in long-term ownership. The review summary also points to a smooth ride and strong fuel economy, both of which tend to reinforce the sense that this is a car you can count on day to day.

The expert assessment also frames the Camry as a model with a reputation for reliability and safety, and notes that it has no fatal flaws that would likely push a loyal buyer away. Toyota’s hybrid system is presented as operating in the background, which adds to the impression of straightforward, low-drama ownership.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about major mechanical drama and more about living with the Camry’s minor annoyances and feature omissions over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base SE trim gets 16-inch alloy wheels and a cloth-and-SofTex interior, while SE Upgrade and XLE move to black 18-inch wheels and the XSE gets 19-inch wheels. The XSE and XLE also bring perforated leather seats, and the XSE adds sporty exterior touches and an available two-tone paint treatment. If you want the best value, the SE Upgrade is the trim to focus on because it adds equipment without jumping all the way to the top end.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Camry is hybrid-only. Front-wheel-drive models use Toyota’s fifth-generation hybrid system with a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine and two electric motors for 225 horsepower, while all-wheel-drive models add a third electric motor and make 232 horsepower. AWD is standard on all trims except the base SE.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, along with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. The suite includes adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. Front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, and a panoramic view monitor are reserved for the XLE and XSE.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus wireless charging and five USB ports. Higher trims upgrade to a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital driver display, while XLE and XSE add a 10-inch head-up display and a nine-speaker JBL Premium Audio system.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada estimates 4.9 L/100 km combined for the front-wheel-drive version, 5.1 L/100 km combined for AWD models with 18-inch wheels, and 5.3 L/100 km combined for the XSE.

Which 2025 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Camry is offered in 4 trim levels: SE, SE Upgrade, XLE, XSE.

Here's the short version:

• SE: This is the entry point, and it gives you the hybrid powertrain, standard wireless smartphone integration, Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and the core Camry efficiency story. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model and can live without the larger screens and extra convenience features.
• SE Upgrade: This is the best-value choice for many shoppers because it adds more visual presence with 18-inch wheels while staying below the luxury-leaning trims. If you want a stronger feature mix without paying for the top-end equipment, this is the trim to target.
• XLE: This trim leans more comfort- and convenience-focused, with the larger touchscreen, digital gauge cluster, head-up display, JBL audio, and added parking and camera features. It suits you if you want a more upscale daily driver.
• XSE: This is the sportiest-looking version, with 19-inch wheels, sporty exterior details, and the same high-end tech and safety upgrades as the XLE. It is the pick if style matters most and you want the most expressive Camry.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard across the lineup, while the extra parking and camera features are limited to the XLE and XSE.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 251 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.54% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $38,817 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $38,817 CAD sits slightly below last year's $44,898 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled from a year ago, which can be good news if you are buying now but less favourable if you plan to sell soon. A softer used-price environment usually means future sellers may need to be more competitive on asking price to attract attention.

Even so, the Camry’s strong reputation for reliability, safety, and efficiency should help support demand over time. If you keep the car in good condition and choose a well-equipped trim, you should have a better chance of holding value than with a less established midsize sedan.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2025 Camry is too new as of this writing to have completed crash testing with independent safety organizations.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, and it includes adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are also standard on every trim.

Higher trims add front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, and a panoramic view monitor. Traffic-jam assist is also included, though it requires Drive Connect to be active.

The main caveat is that the Camry has not yet completed independent crash testing for this model year, so you are relying on Toyota’s safety hardware, the brand’s track record, and the model’s history rather than fresh test results.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.54% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It debuts a new look, new features, and a new hybrid powertrain.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a sporty Nightshade Edition package and a new Cosmos Blue paint colour.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the newest redesign, strong efficiency, and a market that is already showing some price relief. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2026 may be worth a look for its slightly updated lineup, but the 2025 remains the better buy if you want the freshest version of the Camry’s new hybrid era.
