Used 2025 Toyota Camry for Sale nearBarrie, ON

How much does the 2025 Toyota Camry cost?

Prices have softened 13.88% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 237 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Toyota Camry earns a 4.89/5 user rating and an 8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Cost effectiveness and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, exceptional fuel economy, and spacious interior, and many also value how it stacks up against rising used-car prices. From an ownership perspective, that lines up well with the Camry’s role as a practical family sedan that prioritises efficiency and everyday usability. The main trade-offs are a noisy engine and a finicky voice assistant, so it is best suited to you if you want a familiar, value-focused sedan rather than something especially polished or sporty. Good and great deals account for 36.7% of listings, which is a healthy sign that you can still find attractive examples.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.89/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that feels smooth, efficient, and spacious, with value that helps it stand out in a pricier used market. The expert assessment also reinforces that impression by describing the Camry as a model with a reputation for reliability and safety, plus no fatal flaws that would likely push a loyal buyer away. Toyota’s hybrid system is presented as operating in the background and leaving the driver out of it, which supports the sense that this is a straightforward car to live with. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about durability and more about whether the specific example has the equipment and refinement you want.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base SE trim gets 16-inch alloy wheels and a mix of cloth and SofTex synthetic leather upholstery, while SE Upgrade and XLE move to black 18-inch wheels and the XSE gets 19-inch wheels. The XSE and XLE also add perforated leather seats, so the lower trims are the ones where you will feel the biggest equipment gap.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Camry is hybrid-only, using a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine with electric motors. FWD models make 225 horsepower, while AWD models make 232 horsepower, and the electronic AWD system is designed to add traction with minimal impact on fuel economy.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, along with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Standard features include adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist, while XLE and XSE add front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, and a panoramic view monitor.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus wireless charging and five USB ports. Higher trims upgrade to a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital driver display, while XLE and XSE also get a 10-inch head-up display and a nine-speaker JBL Premium Audio system.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada estimates 4.9 L/100 km combined for the FWD version, 5.1 L/100 km combined for AWD models with 18-inch wheels, and 5.3 L/100 km combined for the XSE.

Which 2025 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Camry is offered in 4 trim levels: SE, SE Upgrade, XLE, XSE.

Here's the short version:

• SE: This is the value play if you want the lowest entry point into the hybrid Camry lineup, standard wireless smartphone integration, and the core Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 package without paying for the higher-trim comfort and tech upgrades.
• SE Upgrade: This trim adds a more upscale wheel package and is the logical step up if you want a better-equipped Camry without jumping all the way to the luxury-leaning trims.
• XLE: This is the comfort-focused choice, with the larger touchscreen, digital gauge cluster, head-up display, JBL audio, and the extra safety and parking features that make daily driving easier.
• XSE: This is the most feature-rich and sportiest-looking version, with the largest wheels, sporty exterior details, the same upgraded tech as XLE, and the most premium cabin presentation.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard across the lineup, but the extra parking and cross-traffic features are reserved for XLE and XSE.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 237 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.88% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $39,256 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $39,256 CAD sits slightly below last year's $45,583 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside for a future seller if depreciation continues at the same pace. On the other hand, the Camry’s strong reputation for reliability, safety, and efficiency should help keep demand steady. Its broad appeal as a practical family sedan also supports resale strength, especially for well-equipped examples in desirable condition.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.89/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2025 Camry is too new as of this writing to have completed crash testing with independent safety organizations.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, and it includes adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are also standard on every trim. XLE and XSE add front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, and a panoramic view monitor, plus traffic-jam assist when Drive Connect is active. The expert assessment also notes that the lane-keeping assist system feels firm but still easy to override.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.89/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It brings a new hybrid-only powertrain, updated styling, and strong value for families.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a sporty Nightshade Edition package and a new Cosmos Blue paint colour.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the newest redesign-era Camry at a softer used price and with strong market support. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2025 is still the better hunting ground because the market has already moved down and there are enough listings to compare.
