How much does the 2025 Tesla Model 3 cost?

Is the 2025 Tesla Model 3 a good car?

The 2025 Tesla Model 3 is a strong fit if you want a compact electric sedan that prioritises software, range, and performance over traditional luxury cues. It is especially appealing if you value a minimalist cabin, a large central touchscreen, and a tech-forward ownership experience.

The Model 3’s appeal comes from Tesla’s familiar formula of over-the-air updates, efficiency, and quick acceleration, while the trade-off is a sparse interior and the possibility of build-quality concerns. Its user rating is 1/5, and 39.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Tesla Model 3 reliable?

The 2025 Tesla Model 3 is presented as a car that benefits from Tesla’s ongoing software refinement and tech-heavy approach, which helps keep it feeling current. It also leans on the brand’s broader emphasis on advanced driver-assistance features and incremental updates rather than frequent mechanical redesigns.

At the same time, the overview points to build-quality concerns and a cabin that is intentionally sparse, so you should inspect any used example carefully. For long-term ownership, that means your biggest risk is less about the concept of the car and more about finding one that has been well cared for and free of fit-and-finish issues.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Tesla Model 3?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 39.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 53 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.57% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $46,787 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Tesla Model 3's resale value?

The current average of $49,164 CAD sits slightly below last year's $55,598 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can make the car more attractive to used buyers today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may be under pressure if the market continues to favour shoppers. If you buy at the right price now, you may reduce the risk of taking a bigger hit later.

Should I buy a 2025 Tesla Model 3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.57% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 Model 3 makes the most sense if you want the latest version of Tesla’s software-led EV formula and you value range, speed, and digital convenience. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth considering, especially if you can find a cleaner example with similar equipment at a lower asking price.
