Used 2025 Nissan Rogue for Sale nearMerritt, BC

How much does the 2025 Nissan Rogue cost?

Prices have softened 23.37% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,786 listings available, which suggests healthy inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2025 Nissan Rogue a good car?

Yes — it earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.7/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, Cost effectiveness, and Safety.

The 2025 Rogue is aimed at you if you want a well-rounded compact SUV with a reasonable price tag, a comfortable ride, good fuel economy, and an upscale interior. It also adds more off-road character this year through the Rock Creek trim, while ProPilot Assist 2.1 broadens its tech appeal.

The trade-offs are clear: acceleration and passing power are modest, upper trims are less of a value, and some rivals are sportier and more fun to drive.

With 35.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, there’s still room to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Nissan Rogue reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Rogue’s appeal is built around comfort, efficiency, and a polished feature set, and the expert assessment reinforces that it’s a well-rounded compact SUV. Its turbocharged 1.5-litre three-cylinder delivers decent grunt for routine driving, and the CVT is described as smooth and nicely faded into the background during the drive.

The fuel-saving drivetrain helps keep running costs in check, and the model’s broad equipment list supports everyday usability. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is more about living with modest acceleration and choosing the right trim than worrying about basic dependability.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Rogue?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base S gets the essentials, while the SV adds sought-after features like an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, two rear USB-C ports, a subscription-based Wi-Fi hot spot, dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, and a power liftgate. The Platinum brings semi-aniline leather seating surfaces, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, heated rear seats, a panoramic sunroof, and 10-speaker Bose audio. The Rock Creek trim adds all-terrain tyres, a tubular roof rack, a surround-view camera system, hill descent control, red trim pieces on the alloy wheels and front grille, and Rock Creek badges on the front seats.
• Powertrain: You get a 201-horsepower turbocharged 1.5-litre three-cylinder with a continuously variable automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive in Canada. It’s smooth and efficient, but it is not especially quick.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward and reverse automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, intersection assist, lane departure warning, rear parking sensors, a driver attention monitor, and automatic high-beam headlights. ProPilot Assist and ProPilot Assist 2.1 are available, along with a surround-view parking camera system and traffic sign recognition.
• Infotainment: Lower trims use an 8-inch touchscreen with wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Upper trims get a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, satellite radio, and Amazon Alexa.
• Fuel efficiency: The Rogue delivers a Natural Resources Canada-estimated 7.6 litres per 100 kilometres combined in mixed driving.

Which 2025 Nissan Rogue trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Rogue is offered in 6 trim levels: S, SV, Midnight Edition, SV Premium, SL, and Platinum.

Here's the short version:

• S: This is the entry point, so it makes sense if you want the Rogue’s core comfort and efficiency at the lowest price.
• SV: This is the best-value trim because it adds a strong mix of convenience and tech, including adaptive cruise control, a power liftgate, and a power driver’s seat.
• Midnight Edition: Choose this if you want a more distinctive look without moving all the way up the range.
• SV Premium: This is the step-up choice if you want more equipment than the SV without jumping straight to the luxury-leaning upper trims.
• SL: This is the sweet spot for shoppers who want the larger 12.3-inch screen, Google built-in, wireless smartphone connectivity, and a more upscale feel.
• Platinum: Pick this if you want the most luxurious Rogue, with semi-aniline leather, heated rear seats, a panoramic sunroof, and Bose audio.

The Rock Creek trim joins later in 2025 and adds a more outdoorsy character, while the available safety and driver-assistance tech broadens as you move up the range.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Rogue?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to compare options and enough deal activity to reward patience.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,786 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 23.37% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $29,958 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Rogue's resale value?

The current average of $29,958 CAD sits slightly below last year's $39,095 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price carefully to stay competitive. If you buy well now, you may have less downside risk than someone who paid closer to last year’s higher average. The Rogue’s broad appeal should help support demand, especially for well-equipped trims in good condition.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Nissan Rogue safe?

The 2025 Rogue earns a five-star rating from NHTSA and top marks of “Good” from IIHS in all but one category, where it scores “Acceptable” in the side impact test.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward and reverse automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, intersection assist, lane departure warning, rear parking sensors, a driver attention monitor, and automatic high-beam headlights. ProPilot Assist and ProPilot Assist 2.1 are available, along with a surround-view parking camera system and traffic sign recognition.

The main caveat is the IIHS side impact result, which trails the Rogue’s otherwise strong crash-test performance.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Rogue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 23.37% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• This year adds Rock Creek and available ProPilot Assist 2.1, giving you more rugged character and more advanced highway tech.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $27,304 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $29,958 CAD average.
• It stands out for refreshed styling and debut Google built-in apps.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the latest mix of value, tech, and added character from Rock Creek. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 remains a smart alternative with strong tech appeal.
