Used 2025 Nissan Kicks for Sale nearMississauga, ON

How much does the 2025 Nissan Kicks cost?

Prices have softened 20.35% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,415 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks a good car?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is a strong value play if you want a stylish, well-equipped subcompact crossover that feels more upscale than its price suggests. It earns a 2/5 user rating and a 7.17/10 expert rating, and the model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Cost effectiveness.

The redesign gives you a more distinctive design, available all-wheel drive, and a premium-feeling cabin for the segment. It is aimed at young and first-time shoppers, and it backs that up with strong standard equipment and a more polished personality than the outgoing model.

The trade-offs are clear: the base engine is underwhelming, there is no power seat adjustment, and wind buffeting can be uncomfortable.

With 31.0% of listings priced as good or great deals, there is still some room to find attractive value in the market.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks reliable?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is presented as a much improved redesign, with the new powertrain and cabin refinement addressing many of the shortcomings of the previous generation. The updated 2.0-litre four-cylinder and CVT are described as a vast improvement over the outgoing setup, and the cabin insulation does a better job of keeping road and wind noise out.

It also manages good fuel economy without being miserable to drive, which is a useful sign for long-term day-to-day ownership. The model’s value positioning and standard equipment suggest it should be relatively easy to live with if you want a practical small crossover.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the same cost-saving choices that keep the price down may still show up in comfort and refinement over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Kicks?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base S gives you LED exterior lighting, heated front seats, and standard cloth upholstery, but it still uses manually adjustable seats and a simpler four-speaker audio setup. Higher trims add more premium touches, including synthetic leather upholstery, more screens, and richer audio equipment.
• Powertrain: Every new Kicks uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with a CVT. It is rated at 141 horsepower and 140 pound-feet of torque, and it is much improved over the previous generation, though it can still feel slow when passing at high elevations.
• Safety package: Safety Shield 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams. ProPilot Assist begins with the SR, and the 360-degree monitor starts at the SR trim.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SV adds a wireless charging pad and two extra speakers, while the SR gets twin 12.3-inch screens and a Bose system with 10 speakers.
• Fuel efficiency: With FWD, the Kicks is rated at 8.1 L/100 km in the city, 6.6 on the highway, and 7.4 combined. With AWD, those figures rise to 8.4 L/100 km city, 6.9 highway, and 7.7 combined.

Which 2025 Nissan Kicks trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is offered in 5 trim levels: S, SV, SV Premium, SR, and SR Premium.

Here's the short version:

• S: This is the entry point, and it gives you the redesigned Kicks experience at the lowest price. It is best if you want the core styling, standard safety equipment, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen without paying for extra tech.
• SV: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds a wireless charging pad and extra speakers while staying below the premium-focused upper trims. If you want a nicer daily driver without stretching too far, this is the one to focus on.
• SV Premium: This is the sweet spot if you want AWD standard and a more upscale feel without jumping all the way to the SR. It is the trim Nissan expects to be the best-selling configuration.
• SR: This trim adds the twin 12.3-inch screens, ProPilot Assist, and the 360-degree monitor system. It is also available by dealer order only.
• SR Premium: This is the most fully equipped version, with the Bose audio system and headrest speakers, plus the rest of the top-end tech. Choose it if you want the most premium Kicks experience.

Safety Shield 360 is standard, while ProPilot Assist and the surround-view monitor begin at the SR trim.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Kicks?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you are shopping carefully.

• Deal availability: 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,415 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.35% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,058 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Kicks's resale value?

The current average of $25,058 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,458 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can be helpful if you are buying now. For a future seller, it means you may not recover as much as earlier owners did if prices stay near today’s level.

The good news is that the Kicks still has strong value appeal, so well-equipped examples should remain easier to position than many rivals. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in good condition, you should be in a better spot when it comes time to sell.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks safe?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks receives a Top Safety Pick rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Safety Shield 360 is standard, and it includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams. ProPilot Assist begins with the SR and adds predictive forward collision warning, blind-spot intervention, lane-departure prevention, emergency lane-keep assist, intersection assist, traffic-sign recognition, and front parking sensors.

The 360-degree monitor is another useful safety and parking aid, and it becomes standard beginning at the SR trim. The main caveat is that some of the more advanced driver-assistance features are not included on the lower trims.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.35% compared with last year.
• The redesign gives you a more upscale-feeling subcompact crossover with stronger standard equipment and available AWD.

The bottom line: If you want the most complete Kicks package, the 2025 model is the one to target because it brings the redesign, better refinement, and more premium features. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, a nearby older year may be worth considering, but you will be giving up much of the improvement that makes this version stand out.
