How much does the 2025 Mazda CX-30 cost?

Prices have softened 1.85% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 346 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Mazda CX-30 a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Mazda CX-30 earns a 5/5 user rating, and its appeal centres on a premium-quality interior, more space than the CX-3, and a more powerful engine than Mazda’s smaller crossover. It also stands out for its stylish design, fun-to-drive character, and available all-wheel drive, which makes it a strong fit if you want a compact crossover that feels more upscale than many rivals. The market also shows 32.1% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Mazda CX-30 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The CX-30’s appeal is reinforced by its strong safety ratings, polished cabin, and reputation for being a well-rounded small crossover. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that its rear-seat room and cargo space remain limited, so it works best if you can live with a tighter package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mazda CX-30?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on standout listings.

• Deal availability: 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 346 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.85% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $31,803 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mazda CX-30's resale value?

The current average of $31,869 CAD sits slightly below last year's $32,470 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means future resale gains may be more gradual if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, the CX-30’s current pricing suggests you should focus on buying well and keeping the vehicle in strong condition. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Mazda CX-30 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.85% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $29,417 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $31,869 CAD average.
• It adds a more sporty personality with standard all-wheel drive.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model-year pricing context and a strong satisfaction signal, the 2025 is the cleaner choice. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2024 is the better value path and still keeps the CX-30’s core strengths intact.
