The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar sits in a moderate market position, with pricing that has eased and enough inventory to give you some choice. It is best approached as a style-forward luxury SUV that rewards careful shopping rather than impulse buying.
24.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you compare carefully.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar?
This is a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you have some leverage if you shop patiently and focus on value.
- Deal availability: 24.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 94 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 15.44% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $61,650 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar's resale value?
The current average of $62,275 CAD sits slightly below last year's $73,650 CAD.
That price movement suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it can also mean future resale values may face some pressure if the trend continues. If you buy at the lower end of the current range, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation exposure. For a future seller, condition, mileage, and timing will matter even more in a softer market.
Should I buy a 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2025 if:
- 24.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 15.44% compared with last year.
Consider the 2024 if:
- At $52,904 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $62,275 CAD average.
- It adds design and comfort updates.
The 2025 makes sense if you want the current-year market and are willing to pay more for it, especially with some deal availability still on the table. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the stronger value play because it undercuts the current average by a meaningful margin while still offering the Velar's core appeal.
