What is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar's resale value?

The current average of $61,621 CAD sits slightly below last year's $72,918 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it can also mean future resale expectations should be measured. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less room for depreciation pressure than someone who paid closer to last year's average. For a future seller, the key will be how well the vehicle is maintained and how closely your purchase price tracks the current market.

Should I buy a 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 21.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.49% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $51,660 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $61,621 CAD average.
• It adds design and comfort updates.

The bottom line: If you want the current-year Velar and can take advantage of softer pricing, the 2025 is the stronger primary choice. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the better value path to compare first.
