Used 2025 Jeep Wrangler for Sale nearChilliwack, BC

How much does the 2025 Jeep Wrangler cost?

Prices have softened 11.81% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 727 listings available, which suggests solid inventory availability for used shoppers.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Jeep Wrangler earns a 4/5 user rating and a 5.3/10 expert rating. The model scores 7/10 across Performance and Technology.

It is built around iconic looks and legendary off-road ability, and it remains especially appealing if off-road capability matters more than on-road polish. The trade-offs are clear: it can be noisy and ride poorly, and it feels somewhat out of step with the times.

Cons: Noisy, poor ride quality, and poor value for money.

With 32.6% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Wrangler’s appeal is tied to its rugged, adventure-first design, and the 2025 model continues to evolve with standard power windows and door locks across the lineup. Its performance setup includes a choice of two engines, and the turbocharged four-cylinder is described as a fine powerplant aside from its nasal idle note and loud cooling fan.

That said, used buyers should still expect a vehicle that prioritises character and capability over refinement, so long-term ownership risk is more about daily comfort and upkeep expectations than outright durability.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Sport trim leaves out some safety equipment, while the Sport S adds more available content and the Sahara is the trim that gets standard forward collision warning with automatic braking.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 3.6-litre V6 with a six-speed manual transmission and a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder with an eight-speed automatic; the four-cylinder is marginally more fuel-efficient.
• Safety package: Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available on any Wrangler except the base Sport trim, and they are part of the Sport S model’s optional Safety Group package.
• Infotainment: The Uconnect 5 system includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, and SiriusXM satellite radio preparation; more expensive models add navigation and Jeep Connect connected services.
• Fuel efficiency: The turbocharged engine is rated at 11.0 L/100 km combined, or 11.3 L/100 km combined in the four-door model, versus 12.2 L/100 km combined, or 12.6 L/100 km combined in the four-door model, for the V6.

Which 2025 Jeep Wrangler trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler is offered in 6 trim levels: Sport, Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, but you give up some of the safety equipment that becomes available higher up the range, so it makes sense mainly if you want the lowest starting price.
• Sport S: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds more everyday convenience and opens the door to useful safety options.
• Willys: Choose this if you want a more rugged-looking Wrangler without jumping to the pricier off-road-focused trims.
• Sahara: This is the trim to target if you want the standard automatic transmission and forward collision warning with automatic braking.
• Rubicon: This is the clear pick if off-road capability is your priority.
• Rubicon X: This is the most premium choice in the lineup, aimed at buyers who want the most content and capability.

The safety package is not standard on every trim, so check carefully for the features you want before you buy.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to be picky.

• Deal availability: 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 727 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.81% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $52,688 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler's resale value?

The current average of $52,718 CAD sits slightly below last year's $59,775 CAD.

That softer pricing can be good news if you are buying now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if prices stay under pressure. The Wrangler’s strong identity and broad appeal should help support demand, especially for well-equipped examples with the right trim and options. Still, the current trend suggests you should not expect a quick rebound in resale values without broader market improvement.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler safe?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler earns a four-star frontal-impact rating from NHTSA and a three-star rollover resistance rating from NHTSA, while IIHS rates it Good for side-impact protection and Good in the updated moderate overlap frontal-impact test, with a Marginal result in the small overlap frontal-impact test.

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

The Wrangler’s safety story is mixed. Side curtain airbags are now standard for the front and rear seats, which is a meaningful improvement, but many advanced driver assistance systems remain optional unless you move up the trim ladder. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are available on any Wrangler except the base Sport trim, while forward collision warning with automatic braking is reserved for the Sahara.

The main caution for used buyers is that the Wrangler still has incomplete crash testing and a known weak spot in the small overlap frontal-impact test.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Wrangler or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.81% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It adds standard power windows and door locks across the lineup, plus the V6/automatic drivetrain returns.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $45,310 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $52,718 CAD average.
• It brings a more modern feel with stronger emphasis on technology and safety.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds an enhanced hinge system that makes the doors easier to remove.

The bottom line: If you want the current-year Wrangler with strong market availability and a softer price trend, the 2025 is the main path to consider. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2024 is the better value play, while the 2026 makes sense if easier door removal matters to you.

How does the 2025 Jeep Wrangler compare to the 2025 Ford Bronco?

Expert Pros & Cons (per CarGurus review team)

2025 Jeep Wrangler:

• Pros: Fun to drive, Impressive off-roading capability, Removable top and doors.
• Cons: Noisy, Poor ride quality, Poor value for money.

2025 Ford Bronco:

• Pros: Stylish design, Fun to drive, Impressive off-road capability.
• Cons: Poor fuel economy, Advanced safety features are not standard, Poor value for money.

Our experts score the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 5.3/10 and the 2025 Ford Bronco 6.8/10. The Bronco edges ahead on expert score, while the Wrangler leans harder into its removable top-and-doors character. Both are fun to drive and both are criticised for value, but the Wrangler’s noisier, rougher personality makes it the more uncompromising choice. If you want the more polished-feeling off-road rival, the Bronco is the stronger all-round pick.
