Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L a good car?

The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L stands out because it blends three-row practicality with the kind of capability Jeep buyers expect. It is a larger midsize variant with third-row seats, and its appeal is built around off-road ability, strong towing capacity, and an interior that is both spacious and luxuriously refined.

For you, that means this model makes the most sense if you want a three-row SUV that can carry people comfortably while still feeling at home on rougher terrain. It also brings a premium-leaning cabin and useful family-friendly equipment, which broadens its appeal beyond pure utility.

With 28.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L reliable?

The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L is presented as a capable, upscale three-row SUV with a strong focus on space, towing strength, and off-road hardware. Its appeal is less about simplicity and more about offering a broad mix of comfort and capability in one package.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a more complex, premium-leaning SUV can be costlier to keep in top shape than a simpler family hauler.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 262 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.58% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,428 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L's resale value?

The current average of $60,428 CAD sits slightly below last year's $72,439 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make the vehicle more attractive to you as a buyer today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim, since the broader market has already moved lower.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.58% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version in this price window and value the current market softness, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may give you a lower entry point while still delivering much of the same three-row capability and upscale feel.
