The 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid is built around a straightforward hybrid setup and a well-equipped, comfort-oriented package, which can be appealing if you want a used SUV that feels thoughtfully specified. Its standard safety equipment and practical three-row layout also support everyday usability. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the vehicle has been maintained properly, especially given its hybrid system and the complexity that comes with a feature-rich SUV.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some confidence but still compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 155 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.52% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $43,434 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $43,434 CAD sits slightly below last year's $46,965 CAD.

That softer pricing can work in your favour if you buy now, because you may be starting from a lower acquisition cost than shoppers did a year ago. For a future seller, the current trend suggests resale values may remain competitive, but not especially strong if the market stays soft. The model’s broad appeal as a well-equipped three-row hybrid should help support demand, especially among buyers looking for practicality and efficiency.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.52% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the current hybrid Santa Fe formula with a strong feature set and a softer used-market price, the 2025 is the one to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2025’s current market position.
