Used 2025 Honda Ridgeline for Sale nearSaskatoon, SK

How much does the 2025 Honda Ridgeline cost?

Prices have softened 11.14% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 96 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Honda Ridgeline earns a 5/5 from owners and a 7.83/10 expert rating.

The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

Honda’s unibody construction, standard all-wheel drive, and clever storage solutions make it easier to live with than many midsize pickups. It is especially appealing if you want a truck that feels comfortable and easy to use day to day rather than one built around traditional truck compromises.

The trade-offs are clear: it does not offer the towing capacity or off-road capability of more traditional trucks, and its technology is described as outdated.

With 21.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is a decent amount of market value to be found if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Ridgeline’s overall formula points to durability-minded ownership: it uses a straightforward V6 powertrain, a nine-speed automatic, and a practical, no-nonsense cabin with excellent fit and finish. Honda’s standard AWD system and unibody construction also help it feel solid and refined in everyday use.

Its dependability story is helped by the fact that the truck is mechanically simple relative to some rivals, but used buyers should still weigh age-related wear and the possibility of higher running costs if the truck has been used for towing or rougher work.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Honda Ridgeline?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Sport, TrailSport, and Black Edition each bring different equipment levels. The base trim is the one most likely to leave you without features such as SiriusXM satellite radio, while the higher trims add more convenience and premium touches.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Ridgeline uses a 3.5-litre V6 with 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic and standard AWD. It is smooth and responsive, but the start-stop system can feel slow.
• Safety package: Honda Sensing includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and Road Departure Mitigation. The lack of a 360-degree camera is a notable gap.
• Infotainment: You get a 9-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. The system is functional, but the interface and graphics feel dated.
• Fuel efficiency: Most models return 11.5 L/100 km combined, while TrailSport models are rated at 11.6 L/100 km combined.

Which 2025 Honda Ridgeline trim should I buy?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline is offered in 3 trim levels: Sport, TrailSport, and Black Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Ridgeline formula: standard AWD, the V6, the practical cabin, and the truck’s easygoing everyday character. It makes sense if you want the least expensive way into the model and do not need the extra appearance or off-road touches of the higher trims.
• TrailSport: This is the best-value trim if you want the Ridgeline’s most distinctive personality. It adds all-terrain tyres, unique suspension tuning, and a front skid plate, making it the right pick if you want the most rugged-looking and trail-ready version without moving to the top trim.
• Black Edition: Choose this if you want the most upscale Ridgeline. It adds navigation, an eight-speaker audio system, and rear USB-C ports, making it the most feature-rich choice for buyers who care most about comfort and convenience.

Honda Sensing is standard across the lineup.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda Ridgeline?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient.

• Deal availability: 21.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 96 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.14% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $50,856 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

The current average of $51,437 CAD sits slightly below last year's $57,882 CAD.

That softer pricing can be good news if you are buying now, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive market if prices stay under pressure. The Ridgeline’s practical layout and strong everyday usability should help it hold interest with the right buyers, especially those who value comfort over traditional truck toughness.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline safe?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline earns five-star ratings in frontal and side crash tests from NHTSA, and four-star ratings in rollover testing.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda Sensing is the standard driver-assistance suite, and it includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and Road Departure Mitigation.

The main caveats are that the IIHS headlight rating is Marginal, and the adaptive cruise control can feel slow to respond when traffic clears. The lack of a 360-degree camera is another missed opportunity.

Should I buy a 2025 Honda Ridgeline or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 21.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.14% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over unchanged after the 2024 updates, so you still get the refined, practical formula.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $47,687 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $51,437 CAD average.
• It adds a new TrailSport trim and modernized interior tech.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version with current-year pricing context and a strong market of listings to compare, the 2025 is the cleaner choice. If your priority is saving money and you are comfortable with a slightly older model year, the 2024 is the better value path.
