Used 2025 GMC Canyon for Sale near Devlin, ON

How much does the 2025 GMC Canyon cost?

Prices have softened 7.38% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 172 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 GMC Canyon a good car?

The 2025 GMC Canyon stands out as a midsize pickup that leans more upscale and more capable than many shoppers might expect from its size. It is offered only as a four-door crew cab with a five-foot bed, and its standard equipment is generous, including an eight-inch digital instrument panel, an 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an off-road suspension, and forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and lane keep assist.

That makes it a strong fit if you want a smaller truck that still feels premium, is easy to manoeuvre, and brings serious off-road hardware to the table. 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 GMC Canyon reliable?

The 2025 GMC Canyon’s appeal comes from its strong standard powertrain and well-equipped package. All Canyon models from this generation use a turbocharged 2.7-litre four-cylinder engine with 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and in Canada four-wheel drive and a single-speed transfer case are standard.

That combination points to a truck built for confident everyday use as well as tougher driving. For long-term ownership, you should still weigh the cost of maintaining a more capable, more complex midsize pickup against how much of its off-road hardware you will actually use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 GMC Canyon?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 172 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.38% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $54,295 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 GMC Canyon's resale value?

The current average of $54,295 CAD sits slightly below last year's $58,624 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy with less risk of overpaying today, but it also suggests future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, the best protection is to buy well now and focus on well-kept examples with desirable equipment.

Should I buy a 2025 GMC Canyon or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.38% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $51,406 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $54,295 CAD average.
• It adds a tougher AEV off-road package with more rugged hardware.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds fresh paint and more off-road package flexibility.
• It keeps the Canyon’s upscale, capable character while broadening appeal.

The bottom line: The 2025 Canyon is the best all-around pick if you want the current-year balance of price, equipment, and availability. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the smarter value play; if you want the newest updates and a bit more personality, the 2026 is worth a look.
