Is the 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for this model year, and it fits a truck aimed at buyers who need serious hauling and towing ability without moving into Ford’s purely commercial lineup. The F-350 Super Duty’s appeal comes from its beefy frame, heavy-duty powertrains, and broad range of cab, bed, and trim combinations, so you can tailor it to demanding work or a more convenience-focused setup. It also brings modern towing and driver-assist technology, plus higher-trim comfort and connectivity features, which broadens its usefulness beyond a bare-bones work truck.

30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent amount of market flexibility.

Is the 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 F-350 Super Duty is built around a heavy-duty frame and powertrains designed for serious hauling and towing, which supports confidence if you need a truck for demanding use. Its long-running Super Duty formula and broad configuration range also suggest a mature, well-developed product.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the truck’s mission and more about whether a specific example has been worked hard, so condition and maintenance history matter a lot.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 229 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.44% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $82,509 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty's resale value?

The current average of $82,509 CAD sits slightly below last year's $102,418 CAD.

That kind of price movement can work in your favour if you buy now, because you may be entering at a lower point than recent owners did. For a future seller, though, it also means the market has already adjusted downward, so resale gains may be more limited unless the truck is especially well equipped or lightly used.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.44% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing, broad inventory, and proven owner satisfaction, the 2025 is the one to target first. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a similar truck is available at a lower asking price, but the 2025 already looks attractive for shoppers who want heavy-duty capability with modern equipment.

How does the 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty compare to the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD?

The Ford asks a bit more on average, but it also gives you more listings to choose from. The Chevrolet has a slightly lower average price and a higher share of good or great deals, so it may appeal more if your priority is value over selection.
