Should I buy a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan or consider a different year?

Choose the 2024 if:

• 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.48% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

• It offers a roomier cabin and a third-row seat.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $39,284 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $29,503 CAD average.
• It brings a redesigned cabin with a simpler user interface.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of value, style, and standard safety, the 2024 is the strongest all-around pick. If price matters most, the 2023 is the cheaper route; if you want the newer redesign, the 2025 is the upgrade path.
