Should I buy a 2024 Porsche 911 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.53% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $264,893 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $264,655 CAD average.
• It adds several distinctive variants and keeps the 911’s broad usability.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It brings a refreshed generation with subtle updates and stronger daily usability.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best primary path if you want the current-year price advantage and a broad mix of performance and exclusivity. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2024 still looks like the sweet spot versus stepping up to the 2025.
