Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its luxurious feel, stylish design, and high-quality features. That fits especially well if you want a premium SUV with a broad range of powertrains and body styles, plus a cabin that feels more upscale than many rivals. Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience in the sense that many drivers feel confident in the vehicle’s overall quality and long-term appeal. The same feedback highlights that it can be a trouble-free choice for shoppers who value comfort and refinement, though maintenance costs are a recurring concern. For used buyers, that means the main long-term ownership risk is less about basic satisfaction and more about higher running costs over time.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 218 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.88% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $75,633 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE's resale value?

The current average of $75,991 CAD sits slightly below last year's $86,234 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can be a mixed signal for future resale. If you buy now, you may benefit from the softer entry price, but you should also expect depreciation to remain a factor. For a future seller, the upside is that the model still has broad appeal thanks to its premium cabin and wide powertrain range. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $67,647 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $75,991 CAD average.
• It offers comfort, technology, and versatility in a practical luxury package.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $97,689 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $75,991 CAD average.
• It adds more body-style choice and a newer Coupe variant.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, satisfaction, and current market softness, the 2024 is the primary pick. If your priority is spending less, the 2023 is the smarter value play.
