Reviewed a 2024 Ford Transit Passenger on Feb 23, 2026
The car was advertised as having a minor accident however when I looked at it in person it was anything but minor. It was involved in a side swipe and I could tell on the drivers rear side panel. Looks like they bondo-d it. The van side windows above the panel were not even and rust starting to form. The factory rivets were still in on the back door hinge which makes me think they bondo-d it. Also aftermarket leaf spring on the drivers rear tire was installed. The bondo job was not great as it was cracked all the way down the seam running the full length of the side panel. I ran a carfax report on it and that report showed minor which is false advertising in my opinion. I want others to know before purchasing this vehicle because at this price it is not worth it.

| Year-Round High | $76,900 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $76,454 CAD |

Is the 2024 Ford Transit Passenger a good car?
With a user rating of 1/5, this model does not stand out on shopper feedback alone, so you should weigh condition, configuration, and pricing carefully before deciding.
The market still shows some opportunity, with 44.1% of listings marked as good or great deals.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford Transit Passenger?
This looks like a buyer-friendly market if you are ready to compare listings closely and move when you find the right price.

The current average of $68,331 CAD sits slightly below last year's $76,454 CAD.
That price movement suggests the model has softened enough to improve your buying position today. If you plan to resell later, your future value will depend heavily on how well you buy relative to the current market and how much further prices move.
Should I buy a 2024 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2024 if:
- 44.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 10.62% compared with last year.
The bottom line: The 2024 is the better path if you want to shop a year with softer pricing and a meaningful share of deal-priced listings. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is still worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a lower entry price better fits your budget.
