That said, some owners want more horsepower and more rear-seat space, so your long-term happiness may depend on whether those compromises matter to you. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is not outright dissatisfaction so much as whether the Bronco Sport’s practical strengths outweigh its comfort and space trade-offs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford Bronco Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 897 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.61% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $30,554 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport's resale value?

The current average of $30,554 CAD sits slightly below last year's $35,368 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may be more sensitive to condition, mileage, and trim appeal than to broad market momentum. If you keep the vehicle well maintained and choose a desirable configuration, you may be better positioned when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.61% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $33,636 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $30,554 CAD average.
• It adds new option packages and updates for more off-road capability.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better value if you want the Bronco Sport’s rugged personality at a lower average price. If you are willing to pay more for added updates and a newer model year, the 2025 is the stronger secondary path.
