How much does the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe cost?

There are 123 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as a large, body-on-frame SUV with three rows of seating, strong towing ability, and cargo flexibility that suits families and buyers who regularly haul people or gear. The independent rear suspension also helps improve third-row space and comfort while increasing cargo capacity, and the broad equipment list adds a 10.2-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. With 31.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Tahoe’s appeal comes from its combination of utility, comfort, and modern connectivity, which can make it a reassuring choice if you want a full-size SUV that feels current. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that its size and thirsty V8 engines can make day-to-day running costs less forgiving.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 123 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.22% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $76,231 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe's resale value?

The current average of $78,077 CAD sits slightly below last year's $85,067 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favourable point, but it also means future resale will depend on how well the market holds up for large SUVs. If prices stabilise, a well-kept Tahoe should remain appealing to shoppers who want three-row space, towing ability, and strong utility. A model with desirable equipment and strong condition should be easier to position competitively when you sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 31.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.22% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $86,587 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $78,077 CAD average.
• It brings a refreshed exterior and a more modern interior.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2024 if you want the better value and are comfortable with its established formula. If you are price-sensitive, the 2024 is the smarter path; if you want the newer look and updated cabin, the 2025 is worth the extra spend.
