Reviewed a 2024 Audi quattro Premium 40 TFSI AWD on May 16, 2025
I gave this car a 4 out of 5 because it offers excellent comfort, fuel efficiency, and reliability — typical of the Camry line. The infotainment system is user-friendly, and the safety features like lane assist and adaptive cruise control are great additions, even in a used model. It feels like a solid value for the price, especially considering Toyota’s strong resale value and warranty options for certified vehicles. However, I do think it could use a more premium interior finish and better sound insulation — especially compared to competitors like the Honda Accord or Mazda6.

How much does the 2024 Audi A5 Sportback cost?
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $41,998 CAD |
| Year-Round Low | $41,998 CAD |
| Year-Round High | $55,682 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $55,559 CAD |
| Change vs. Last Year | −24.41% |
Prices have softened 24.41% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.
There are 52 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for you to compare.
Is the 2024 Audi A5 Sportback a good car?
Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction for this model year. That kind of feedback can be a useful sign that you may like the car if its size, style, and feature set fit your needs. With 32.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop carefully rather than rush.
Is the 2024 Audi A5 Sportback reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback can reduce some of the uncertainty around long-term ownership risk, especially if the specific vehicle has been well maintained.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi A5 Sportback?
This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can afford to be patient and compare listings closely.
- Deal availability: 32.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 52 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 24.41% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $41,998 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2024 Audi A5 Sportback's resale value?
The current average of $41,998 CAD sits slightly below last year's $55,559 CAD.
For a future seller, that means the market has already adjusted downward, so your resale outcome will depend heavily on how well the car is kept and how it is priced when you decide to sell. A lower entry price today can help cushion depreciation later if you buy near the bottom of the range. Strong condition and complete service records should matter more when you eventually list it.
Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2024 Audi A5 Sportback or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2024 if:
- 32.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 24.41% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: If you want the newest version in this price band and value strong owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the primary path to consider. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may be worth a look, but the 2024 already offers a softer market and enough inventory to shop selectively.
