2023 Toyota Crown test drive
overall
Toyota gets bold with its new large sedan, the 2023 Crown.
The all-new 2023 Toyota Crown finds a unique middle ground between large sedans and SUVs with its elevated ride. Combined with a striking design and unbeatable fuel efficiency, it should have broad appeal, so long as shoppers don't expect impressive performance or decadent luxury.

Vehicle rides and drives GREAT! Vehicle has many safety features that enhance one’s experience behind the wheel… Excellent value, and I would say it compares to luxury vehicle at a reasonable price point…

Reviewed a 2023 Toyota Crown on May 29, 2023
I did driving Crown Platinum test several times and each time was disappointed. Limited head and shoulder room in comparison with my Avalon Limited 2011. More stiff suspension. During the last test the Crown Platinum had a permanent warning about the hybrid system mulfunction and check engine. And it was on a brand new car that had only 2 miles on the odometer. The dealer was not honest and told me that is normal. Very disappointed.
